Inspiring us this month is the launch of animated documentary feature Eternal Spring. Telling the story of a legendary act of courage by the Dafa resistors in China, Eternal Spring will premiere at Human Rights Watch’s film festival in London March 17-25th (streaming) and at the Amnesty International’s Movies That Matter Festival in Hague in April. The film features and was sketched by Jingxiong Guo (aka Daxiong), a comic book artist and talented musician, and is directed by Jason Loftus at Lofty Sky. At ten years in the making, it rivals some of our own projects for length of production :).
Covid restrictions mean it is streaming only in London sadly, but at least that means the popcorn is cheaper and you can drown in it chocolate sauce. Worth checking out! The trailer is here:
